Due to insufficient bids for the May 19-22, 2011 CSC 1/Cdt Jr Nationals event to be held in the central zone (Manitoba/Ontario) the bidding process has been re-opened to interested bids from any of the three zones (East/Central/West).

The FCC is accepting applications for the FIE Fencing Masters Certificate Course being held in San Salvador from July 5 to August 8, 2010.
Applicants are to follow the application process and send applications to: fcc@fencing.ca.
Please note, the applicant chosen for this course is responsible for 50% of the travel cost to San Salvador. Application deadline: May 26th, 2010.

Sylvie Morel won a bronze medal in the foil category and Pierre Mainville also won a bronze medal in the men's sabre B category. Congratulations to our medalists. Next stop for both our Canadian athletes will be at the Lonato del Garda World Cup scheduled in Italy May 21-23, 2010.
