Athletes entering multiple events on the same day do so at their own risk; no refunds shall be provided. \nENTRY CANCELLATIONS\nCancellation of entry due to a medical condition: Full refund of EVENT fees\, provided the CFF organizers are notified at least 24 hours prior to the event and a doctor’s certificate is submitted. \nCLOTHING STANDARDS FOR CFF HOSTED COMPETITIONS\nThe event clothing standards can be found here: CFF Domestic Competition Equipment Standards \nWAIVERS \nBy registering for this CFF event\, I consent to the following conditions: \n\nI consent to the assigned event medical staff attending\, diagnosing and treating an injury that occurs on the piste during competition.  I agree that this information will be recorded and tracked for my events.  I agree that if the assigned medical staff determine that I cannot continue to compete\, I will be withdrawn from the event\nI verify that I meet the age (upper and lower year of birth) and other event criteria for all the events I have entered. I acknowledge that I will be withdrawn from events that I am ineligible to compete in.\n\nIMPORTANT \n\nOnly athletes\, officials\, coaches meeting the above requirements\, and designated volunteers will be allowed to access inside the competition area.\nAll coaches must be registered coaches with the CFF\, have completed safe sport training\, successfully completed the NCCP Make Ethical Decisions evaluation\, provided a valid background check and completed the new Abuse-Free Sport online consent form.\nCurrently\, video arbitrage is an extremely limited resource being used at national level events. While we are trying to improve this situation\, there are still insufficient resources to use video during all events for which it would be helpful.\nConsequently\, the use of video arbitrage during all national events will be at the sole discretion of the Directoire Technique\, based upon the availability of pistes\, referees\, scheduling\, this limited resource\, among other potential contributing factors. As such\, not all events will have access to video. Within an event\, if video is being used during a round\, it will be used for all bouts for that round. \nFor example\, if CMF has access to video at the semi-finals\, both semi’s will have this resource; however\, this does not mean CWF or any other separate event will be given video at the semi-finals.\n\nCOVID PROTOCOLS \n\nIf you have COVID symptoms DO NOT come to the venue.
