H\u00e9bert n\u2019a d\u00e9couvert qu\u2019il ferait le voyage au Br\u00e9sil il n\u2019y a que quelques semaines, se qualifiant \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute \u00e0 la suite de l\u2019exclusion russe des Jeux. La m\u00e9daille de bronze d\u2019H\u00e9bert aux championnats panam\u00e9ricains 2016 a rendu sa s\u00e9lection possible.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Quand j\u2019ai re\u00e7u l\u2019avis officiel que la place serait \u00e0 moi, cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 comme \u00e0 No\u00ebl chez-moi \u00bb, a racont\u00e9 H\u00e9bert.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e9bert a commenc\u00e9 en force dans son premier\u00a0combat contre l\u2019Italien Matteo Betti, class\u00e9 10e au monde. H\u00e9bert menait 4-2, mais il n\u2019a pas pu arracher la victoire contre l\u2019exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 italien, qui a lentement remont\u00e9 la pente pour l\u2019emporter 5-4. H\u00e9bert a perdu ses deux combats suivants 5-1 contre Zainulabdeen Al-Madhkhoori, d\u2019Iraq, et Romain Noble, de France. Il a perdu 5-2 contre Sun Gang, de Chine, class\u00e9 deuxi\u00e8me au monde. H\u00e9bert \u00e9tait satisfait d\u2019avoir pu marquer deux points contre lui tandis que d\u2019autres s\u2019inclinaient 5-0.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e9bert a eu du succ\u00e8s pour gagner son dernier combat 5-1 contre le Br\u00e9silien Fabio Luiz Damasceno pour terminer avec un dossier d\u2019une victoire et quatre revers et une 10<sup>e<\/sup> place en\u00a0tout<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab J\u2018ai pas mal tout bien accompli. Je voulais am\u00e9liorer mon classement mondial, avoir au moins une touche contre mes adversaires dans le groupe et gagner au moins un combat.
