In order to have your competitions ranked by the CFF, you are required to follow the following steps. See the Rules and Regulations for competition formats and ranking criteria.
- Pay the appropriate sanction fees for the events using the online form. Payment must be made 30 days before the first day of the competition.
- Run the competition in Engarde version 8.16 or later.
- Upon completion of the competition, forward the email confirmation of sanction fees, referee reports and the exported fff competition files from Engarde to [email protected]
To allow the automated ranking of results, you are required to use certain Engarde features in a specific manner. Please ensure accuracy when completing the information in the required fields. Incorrect information may lead to either a fencer being not ranked or the competition rejected. Use Engarde as follows:

If an event is mixed then the title reflects the largest gender number with the suffix _mixed added.
eg. 2014_Brock_Open_U15MF_mixxed.fff
