The FIE has announced a rule change effective January 1, 2026. There will no longer be a P-yellow card. First time there is passivity it will be a P-red. Next time P-black.  As a result, the CFF will be implementing this rule change for Canada Cup #2 in order to give our athletes a chance to familiarize themselves with this new rule in Canada before the world cups resume in January.
