Any, and all, communications that have come or may come from the CFF's staff will be considered as "Discussion Communiques" and hold no legal or financial recourse in the CFF. Discussion Communiques will become operational procedures when approved by the President of the CFF, and when required, by the Board of Directors of the CFF. Historical Discussion Communiques will be considered on an individual basis when brought forward.
