Lynn Seguin Named CFF Epee Weapon Leader
The CFF is pleased to announce the selection of Lynn Seguin as the new Epee Weapon Leader. Lynn will be working with Executive Director David Howes to build a team of coaches that will work together to develop our epee national team programs. Lynn is an NCCP level 4 fencing master in all three weapons, having completed her training in 2005 at the National Coaching Institute in Saskatoon. She has been coaching for almost 30 years and fenced epee herself for 10 years when she competed as a modern pentathlete, winning gold at the 1983 pentathlon world championships. Lynn is currently coaching at BC’s Dynamo Fencing Club.
