The following have been designated as UCCMS participants:

Year-round

• CFF Staff Members
• CFF Board of Directors
• CFF Committee Volunteers
• All High Performance Program Athletes
• National coaching staff
• Support staff at national team events (i.e. team managers, medical, etc.)

At National Competitions only

• All coaches registered for CFF national competitions
• All officials hired to work at CFF national competitions (referees, secretariat, armourers, medical, etc.)
• Event volunteers
