The CFF Board of Directors is pleased to inform our membership that after a competitive interview process, we have retained the services of Mr. David Howes in the capacity of an Interim Executive Director of the CFF effective immediately. David brings a wealth of administrative, planning and technical experience to his new portfolio, having previously served in a number of roles within the national fencing and sailing sport systems, and the Canadian Armed Forces.

David’s focus during this transitional period will be on establishing robust, sustainable and transparent operational and financial management practices, and organizational capacity building in the areas of domestic coaching development and safe sport practices, among others. We have retained David’s services until September 30, 2020, with the possibility of extension.
