In the final day of individual competition, Canadians won 3 more medals to bring the total tally to 15 medals so far – 3 gold, 4 Silver and 8 Bronze.

Saturday’s competition saw Women’s Junior Epee, Men’s Junior Foil and Women’s Cadet Sabre in action. The following Canadians were successful in reaching the podium:

Women’s Cadet Sabre – Veronique Lamarre: Silver medal
Women’s Junior Epee – Malinka Hoppe: Bronze medal

Men’s Junior Foil – Marc-Antoine Brodeur: Bronze Medal

Team competition starts Sunday with Canada hoping to add to its medal count in Women’s Foil and Men’s Epee and Sabre.
