Did you know that it will cost the CFF a total of approximately $9,000 to send a training partner to the pre-Olympic training camp in Japan for each of our individual athletes (Gabriella Page, Marc-Antoine Blais-Belanger and Shaul Gordon) that have qualified for the Olympics? In fact, the total cost for the CFF to send alternate athletes for our women’s foil team and men’s foil team, training partners for our individual athletes, and staff, to both the training camp in Japan and the Olympic Games is approximately $50,000.
