Gabriela Shand from Toronto, Ontario won bronze at the 2014 Veterans Fencing World Championships in Hungary yesterday, October 23rd in Women's Foil Category A.

Shand defeated Italian Gianna Cirillo 10-2 to advance to the semi-finals where she faced Australian Jenny Bonney-Millet and lost 9-5.
