Competition Development Coaching Workshop
Dates: Aug. 6-7 (on-line), Aug. 13, 14, 20 & 21 (in person)
Who is it for? For coaches who work with competitive fencers in the Train-To-Compete LTD stage and who want to provide them with meaningful feedback to address performance gaps that limit competitive success. This pilot workshop will address a wide range of factors that influence performance in competition including psychological and social/emotional factors in addition to technical-tactical skills and physical capacities. Certification in this pathway is required to coach at Canada Games.

*A sabre LF will be recruited depending on registration
Pre-requisites: Coach candidates must be 18 yrs. or older, hold a valid CFF membership and be registered with the CAC Locker (provide NCCP #). Candidates are expected to have experience coaching competitive fencers at the “Train-to-compete” stage.
Workshop Fee: $500.00
